°. Tercera Brigada. Hará la guarnición de Boyacá; un Estado Mayor residirá en Tunja; la compondrán los Batallones "Sucre" número 7º y "Grataderos" número 8º acantonados respectivamente, en Tunja y Sogamoso, y tendrá 700 hombres.

Parágrafo

Estos dos Batallones quedarán organizados como el "Nariño" con 350 plazas cada uno.
