Art. 165. Cuando la Nación, los Departamentos ó los Municipios tengan que pagar gastos judiciales conforme á la ley serán cubiertos por los respectivos Tesoros nacinal, departamental ó municipal, en su caso, á la presentación de las respectivas cuentas, siempre que esten de acuerdo con la tarifa legal y se presenten debidamente autorizadas por el Juez de la causa.
