La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio pondrá en conocimiento de la Procuraduría General de la Nación las comisiones en que se incurra en relación con lo previsto por el artículo anterior, a fin de que la autoridad competente imponga las sanciones a que haya lugar, de conformidad con las normas vigentes sobr e Ia materia.
