Art. 635. Las sociedades industriales no están comprendidas en las disposiciones de este Título; sus derechos i obligaciones son reglados, según su naturaleza, por otros títulos de este Código, i por el Código de Comercio.

Tampoco se estienden las disposiciones de este Título a las corporaciones o fundaciones de derecho público, como los establecimientos que se costean con fondos del Tesoro nacional.
