Ancianos dementes. La demencia será determinada por cualquiera de las Entidades Prestadoras de Salud, EPS, del Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud, con cargo al mismo y sólo si se trata de ancianos afiliados al régimen subsidiado de salud y cumplen las otras condiciones establecidas en la Ley 100 de 1993, en el presente decreto y por el Consejo Nacional de Política Social.
