Gestión de proyectos. Los gobernadores, en coordinación con los respectivos alcaldes dentro de su territorio, promoverán ante la Nación la gestión de proyectos de iniciativa o interés municipal de impacto regional o subregional, de manera articulada con las políticas nacionales de carácter sectorial, en el ámbito de su territorio, ajustados a los respectivos planes de desarrollo, sin perjuicio de la respectiva autonomía consagrada a cada ente territorial.
