Quien figure en una lista de elegibles será excluido de ésta por el Jefe de la entidad convocante cuando se compruebe que su inclusión obedeció a error aritmético en la sumatoria de sus puntajes en las distintas pruebas. También podrá ser modificada por la misma autoridad, adicionándola con una o más personas, cuando se compruebe que se cometió igual error, caso en el cual deberá ubicárseles en el puesto que les corresponda. También podrá modificarla cuando por el mismo motivo se requiere reubicar a una o a más personas.
