Rendición de descargos. Surtida la notificación, el profesional denunciado dispondrá de veinte (20) días para presentar descargos, así como para solicitar y aportar pruebas. Para tal efecto, el expediente permanecerá a su disposición en la secretaría del Consejo al que corresponda el procedimiento.
