Artículo único Autorízase al Gobierno para que, de acuerdo con lo que previene el Código Fiscal dé, cuando lo estime conveniente, en arrendamiento, la Casa de moneda de Popayán, en los términos que estime de mayor provecho para el Tesoro nacional.
