Destínase la suma de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000) para atender a los gastos que demande la celebración del tercer Congreso Médico Nacional.

Parágrafo

Esta suma se imputará al capítulo referente a vigencias anteriores de los Presupuestos de gastos del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública, y será paga a la Junta Organizadora del tercer Congreso Médico, en cuatro contados mensuales, con la preferencia correspondiente al ordinal 2.° de la Ley 3 del presente año.
