El teletrabajador solo podrá ser requerido por su superior jerárquico dentro del horario laboral establecido, garantizando su derecho a la desconexión laboral y al disfrute de su tiempo libre y de descanso, conforme lo establecido en la Ley 2191 de 2022, salvo las excepciones dispuestas en el artículo 6o ibidem.
