Art. 4.º Las habilitaciones de matrícula universitaria sólo podrán verificarse, durante el mes de Febrero de cada año: 1.º En el Colegio Menor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario y en el Colegio de San Bartolomé para alumnos que respectivamente quieran entrar á uno de estos dos Colegios, ó pasar al Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario; y 2.º en este último para alumnos que deban matricularse en él, ó para alumnos que, debiendo pasar á una Facultad superior, necesiten para ello llevar consigo el certificado de haber ya ganado los cursos indispensables de Filosofía y Letras según lo que se ha dispuesto en el artículo 2.º
