El Gobierno Nacional, la Gobernación del Tolima y el municipio de Armero, Guayabal, quedan autorizados para impulsar y apoyar ante otras entidades públicas o privadas, nacionales o internacionales, la obtención de recursos económicos adicionales o complementarios a las que se autorizan apropiar en el Presupuesto General de la Nación de cada vigencia fiscal, destinadas al objeto a que se refiere la presente ley.
