Art. 11. A continuación del escrito de demanda se pondrá una nota en que se exprese si hubo o no avenimiento, y caso de haberlo se citara la diligencia por el número de orden que le corresponda.

La copia de la diligencia que se habla. Autorizado por el juez y el secretario, presenta merito ejecutivo y sirve de fundamento en la expresión de caso juzgado.
