o. Cuando la asignación básica mensual de los empleados a que se refiere el artículo 1° del presente Decreto sea igual o inferior al doble de la fijada para el grado 01 de la escala de remuneración del nivel operativo, dichos empleados tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y pago de un auxilio mensual de transporte de tres mil ochocientos cincuenta y ocho pesos ($3.858.00) moneda corriente. No habrá lugar a este auxilio cuando la Registraduría preste servicio de transporte a sus empleados.
