Para efectos de la asignación del subsidio, en los criterios de calificación de las postulaciones de que trata el literal c de este artículo, para el departamento Archipiélago de San Andrés Providencia y Santa Catalina se tendrán en cuenta las condiciones socioeconómicas de acuerdo con el nivel del Sisbén que evidencien mayor grado de pobreza (niveles 1, 2 y 3)".
