Con el fin de garantizar las disposiciones establecidas en la presente ley, las autoridades del orden nacional, departamental y municipal cumplirán sus funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control respectivos, de acuerdo con sus respectivas competencias, para verificar el cumplimiento de la ley.
