Decreto 93 de 1961 · Por el cual se crean Comisiones Revisoras del Código Penal, de Procedimiento Penal, y de la legislación Carcelaria

Artículo tercero. Las comisiones sesionarán, por lo menos, una vez a la semana, durante el lapso que el Gobierno estime necesario, y tendrán como base de estudió para sus labores los proyectos de reforma que se han elaborado por otras Comisiones con posterioridad a la vigencia de los Códigos Penal de Procedimiento Penal y de Régimen carcelario.

Parágrafo

La Oficina de Estudios Criminológicos del Ministerio de justicia, y la de Archivo, pondrán a disposición de las respectivas comisiones el material de que trata este artículo.
