Los Oficiales de los Servicios en las Especialidades de: Justic1a, Sanidad, Veterinaria, Ingeniería, Arquitectura, Química y Física que deseen diplomarse en Estado Mayor podrán ingresar al Curso de Estado Mayor para adelantar la Segunda Fase, si hubieren aprobado el Curso de Capacitación para ascenso a Teniente Coronel o su equivalente en la Armada, y hubieren obtenido una nota no inferior a ochenta (80) sobre cien (100) en el cómputo general y calificación no inferior a setenta (70) sobre cien (100) en cada una de las materias cursadas.
