Art. 3.° Desde la publicación del presente decreto se considerarán en interinidad todos los empleados que funcionan actualmente en el servicio de obras públicas, y terminada la tercera semana del presente mes cesarán en sus destinos todos los que no se conservan de conformidad con lo ordenado en el artículo 1.°

Parágrafo

No comprende esta disposición los destinos correspondientes al servicio en determinadas obras, mediante contratos celebrados con el Gobierno.
