° A solicitud del Director del Departamento, o por propia iniciativa, el Consejo Directivo dictaminará sobre la conveniencia de los pedidos, y si los juzgaré excesivos, dará cuenta de ello directamente al Ministro del ramo o Jefe de la entidad interesada para que provea lo que fuere del caso.
