El Gobierno podrá establecer los servicios de turismo de que tratan los artículo anteriores ya sea como dependencias oficiales, ya sean contratándolos con personas o entidades capacidades para ello, como las sociedades de mejoras públicas o las Cámaras de Comercio; y en este caso podrá otorgar las subvenciones que estime necesarias para el buen funcionamiento de sus servicios y de su propaganda, siempre se obliguen a prestar todos los servicios de que trata el artículo 2ª de esta Ley.
