El pago de los aportes y auxilios ordenados en el artículo 1º, y 2º de este Decreto, su manejo e inversión, y la rendición de las cuentas correspondientes a la Contraloría General de la República, se efectuará con arreglo a las normas administrativas y fiscales vigentes para esta clase de erogaciones.
