La Oficina de Bonos Pensionales del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público (OBP) será la responsable de reconocer, liquidar, emitir y pagar los bonos pensionales y las cuotas partes de bonos pensionales a cargo de la liquidadas Oficinas de Registro de Cambios, Prefectura de Control de Cambios y Control de Cambios, que se reconozcan o emitan a partir del 23 de diciembre de 2003.
