Sin perjuicio de las demás normas aplicables, los Órganos Ejecutores del Presupuesto Nacional solo podrán sustituir las cuentas corrientes con entidades financieras que aprueben la calificación de riesgo efectuada por la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
