Decreto 865 de 1988 · Por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 11 de 1979 sobre el ejercicio de la profesion de Bibliotecologo.

El Consejo Nacional de Bibliotecología expedirá al interesado un certificado correspondiente al acuerdo mediante el cual se le otorgó la matrícula, firmado por el Presidente y el Secretario del Consejo, en el cual se hará constar el número y fecha del acuerdo, la identificación del beneficiario, el número de orden de la matrícula y la institución que le otorgó el título profesional en Bibliotecología.

Parágrafo

Cada certificado original llevará una fotografía del interesado y una copia de tal documento se dejará en el expediente correspondiente.
