º. Destínase la suma de quinientos mil pesos ($500.000.00), para la construcción del edificio e instalaciones, donde funcionará el Cuartel de Carabineros, partida que deberá ser incluida preferencialmente en el presupuesto de la próxima vigencia fiscal, y en caso de que no se hiciere, el Gobierno Nacional queda facultado para realizar los créditos y contracréditos que sean necesarios para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley.
