º. Para que la Escuela Superior de Agronomía y Veterinaria de Medellín pueda seguir expidiendo diplomas de idoneidad en lo tocante a médicos veterinarios, se exige que se llenen los requisitos de que trata el artículo 93 del Decreto ejecutivo número 1099 de 1930. Comprobada esta circunstancia, los Ministerios de Industrias y Educación Nacional podrán legalizar los diplomas o certificados de idoneidad expedidos por esa Escuela.
