Transferencia de Procesos de Cobro Coactivo . Los procesos de cobro coactivo de los cuales haya avocado conocimiento la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil y que tengan relación con las funciones del Consejo Nacional electoral, serán transferidos a este organismo, en un término no superior a los tres (3) meses siguientes a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto ley, lo cual constará en las Actas que se suscriban para el efecto.
