º. El Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores hará saber al Cuerpo Diplomático, por conducto del Decano, los días de la semana y las horas del día que haya señalado para recibir a los Agentes Diplomáticos, a fin de tratar los asuntos ordinarios. Recibirá, además, a los Jefes de Misión, cuando éstos los soliciten para asuntos urgentes, y lo permita el servicio público; estas audiencias deberán ser solicitadas por conducto de la Dirección de Protocolo.
