Modificación Del Parágrafo 1° Del Artículo 13 Del Decreto 3771 De 2007

Decreto 1788 de 2013 · por el cual se modifica el parágrafo 1° del artículo 13 del Decreto 3771 de 2007, modificado por el artículo 1° del Decreto 4944 de 2009.

del artículo 13 del Decreto 3771 de 2007. El

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 13 del Decreto 3771 de 2007 quedará así: "

Parágrafo 1

Para ser beneficiarios de los subsidios de que trata el presente artículo, los concejales necesitan pertenecer a un municipio de categoría 4ª, 5ª o 6ª y no tener otra fuente de ingreso adicional a sus honorarios. El subsidio se concederá solamente por el período en el que ostenten la calidad de concejal".
