Cierre Del Presupuesto Del Sistema General De Regalías Para La Vigencia 2017 - 2018

Decreto 606 de 2019 · Por el cual se realiza el cierre presupuestal de la vigencia 2017-2018 y se adelantan los ajustes al Presupuesto del Sistema General de Regalías para el bienio 2019-2020.

Cierre del presupuesto del Sistema General de Regalías para la vigencia 2017 - 2018. De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 2.2.4.1.2.1.6. del Decreto 1082 de 2015, efectúese el cierre del presupuesto del Sistema General de Regalías de la vigencia fiscal de 2017 - 2018, determinado por la diferencia entre la apropiación 2017-2018 menos los giros del bienio 2017 􀂱 2018 detallados en el artículo 3 del presente decreto, equivalente a una Disponibilidad Inicial 2019-2020 de NUEVE BILLONES SETECIENTOS SESENTA MIL CIENTO DOS MILLONES QUINIENTOS OCHENTA Y TRES MIL CIENTO CINCUENTA Y NUEVE PESOS MONEDA LEGAL ($9.760.102.583.159), de acuerdo con el siguiente detalle: Diario50917D606AnexoArt 4.pdf

Parágrafo

El anexo 2º del presente Decreto, desagrega los montos globales por cada una de las entidades beneficiarias de regalías directas y compensaciones; del 10% y 30% del Fondo de Compensación Regional; y del Ahorro Pensional Territorial.
