°. Apruébase la modificación del Artículo 10° de los Estatutos del Club Militar de Oficiales, que en tal virtud quedará así: Artículo 10°. Son efectivos

Los Oficiales en retiro que hayan prestado un tiempo mínimo de diez (10) años de servicio como Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares o de la Policía Nacional.

Las viudas de los Oficiales socios.

Parágrafo

Los casos contemplados en el presente Artículo requieren solicitud aprobada por la Junta Directiva del Club.
