Oportunidad para comunicar cambios en los formularios. Las Superintendencias Bancarias y de Salud, de acuerdo con sus respectivas competencias o conjuntamente, según sea el caso, deberán informar a las entidades administradoras todo cambio que deba ser incluido en los formularios, con una antelación no menos a tres meses a la fecha en que deban adaptarse las modificaciones.
