De las presuntas irregularidades en las elecciones. Las presuntas irregularidades que se presenten en la elección deberán ser puestas en conocimiento de la Dirección de Recursos Humanos del Ministerio de Salud, dentro de las veinticuatro (24) horas hábiles siguientes a la ocurrencia de tales hechos, la cual decidirá sobre la validez de la elección en un término máximo de quince (15) días hábiles.
