Artículo Cuarto. El Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Planeación tendrá el siguiente personal, con las asignaciones mensuales que a continuación se expresan: 4 Consejeros con 3.000.00 c/u. 4 Mecano taquígrafas con 700.00 c/u. 2 Mensajeros con 300.00 c/u. Los cuatro Consejeros tendrán derecho a los gastos de representación iguales a los Ministros del Despacho Ejecutivo.
