La vigilancia de los fondos regionales estará a cargo de la Superintendencia Bancaria, en la forma y términos previstos en la Ley 45 de 1923, en el Decreto 975 de 1950 y demás disposiciones complementarias. Los fondos contribuirán al sostenimiento de la Superintendencia con el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de las sumas que para tales fines se determinen a los establecimientos bancarios.
