Todo militar en servicio activo podrá radicar una parte de su sueldo, así : los Oficiales generales, hasta las dos terceras partes; los Oficiales particulares, hasta la mitad ; y hasta la tercera parte los individuos de tropa. De toda radicación se dará aviso al empleado que deba cubrirla y á la Comandancia en Jefe del Ejército. CAPITULO II SUELDOS DE ACTIVIDAD.
