De acuerdo con la naturaleza de las funciones, responsabilidades, complejidad y calidades exigidas para su ejercicio, los empleos se agruparán en orden jerárquico, en los siguientes niveles: Nivel Auxiliar, del Grado 5 al Grado 15. Nivel Asistencia!, del Grado 16 al Grado 22. Nivel Técnico, del Grado 23 al Grado 33. Nivel Ejecutivo, del Grado 34 al Grado 42.
