º. La Sección de Crédito Agrario de la Caja de Crédito Agrario e industrial podrá hacer préstamos sobre cosechas futuras y en las condiciones que se expresan en la presente Ley.

También podrá obligarse a hacer aceptaciones bancarias mediante garantías de prenda agraria e industrial, otorgada en la forma de los préstamos de prenda agraria e Industrial, con los cambios que sean del caso.
