Definición. Solo para efectos del presente decreto, entiéndase el "Empleo de Emergencia" como el esquema de contratación de mano de obra mediante el cual se realizan y ejecutan actividades de rehabilitación y construcción de vivienda e infraestructura, mejora de áreas públicas y demás actividades conexas o complementarias que se requieran para la recuperación social, económica y ecológica de las zonas afectadas por el invierno.
