Articulo 5.º Para dar cumplimiento a lo ordenado en el artículo 3.none de la Ley 31 de 1948, el Ministerio de Obras Públicas deberá establecer previamente que el cable no se ha logrado arrendar, ni conceder, y que su traslado no es económicamente aconsejable. Tal orden legal será cumplida en este caso por el Administrador General de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales. Comuníquese y publiques.
