ARTICULO 9 º. El Fiscal Jefe de Unidad y los Fiscales de Unidad ante la Corte Suprema de Justicia, tendrán derecho a una prima técnica equivalente al 50% de la remuneración mensual. Así mismo, tendrán derecho a una prima Mensual Especial de Alta Dirección equivalente al 45% de la remuneración mensual. Las primas técnica y especial de alta dirección no tienen para ningún efecto carácter salarial.
