DIRECTOR EJECUTIVO. El Director Ejecutivo será el representante legal de la precooperativa y el ejecutor de las decisiones de la junta de asociados y del comité de administración. Será nombrado por éste y sus funciones serán precisadas en los estatutos.

Parágrafo

Las precooperativas podrán establecer en sus estatutos que el presidente del comité de administración tenga el carácter de director ejecutivo y ejerza sus funciones.
