Los miembros del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria Nacional, que laboren en los establecimientos carcelarios mencionados en el Decreto 1421 de 1975, tendrán derecho a que se les pague una prima de clima, equivalente al veinte por ciento (20%) del sueldo básico que devenguen. Esta prima será cancelada mensualmente.
