Inhabilitación provisional. Mientras se decide la causa, el Juez de Familia podrá decretar la inhabilitación provisional. Dicha inhabilitación se limitará a ordenar que todos los actos de enajenación patrimonial cuyo valor supere los quince (15) salarios mínimos legales mensuales sea autorizado por un consejero legítimo o dativo designado en el mismo acto de inhabilitación.
