° Los fósforos y las materias que se importen después de la fecha indicada serán declarados de contrabando y decomisados de acuerdo con las disposiciones sobre Aduana; bien entendido que la mitad del valor de los contrabandos serán destinada para los denunciantes y aprehensores y la otra mitad para el dueño del privilegio para la fabricación y venta de fósforos.
