Es obligación de las empresas de transporte público colectivo terrestre de pasajeros con radio de acción metropolitano y/o urbano, recaudar los aportes de los propietarios afiliados al Fondo Nacional de Reposición del Parque Automotor que así lo decidan, y efectuar las consignaciones en los términos previstos en la ley.
