El Gobierno Nacional deberá expedir los decretos reglamentarios que establezcan los requisitos de carácter técnico y científico que resulten pertinentes para cumplir con el objeto de la presente ley, de acuerdo con el alcance y temario señalado en el capítulo segundo del presente título.
