Vigencia. El presente Decreto rige a partir del 1° de enero de 2022, sustituye el Capítulo 1 del Título 10 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1082 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo de Planeación Nacional, y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
